GINO SCIMIA

Veterinarian - technical manager Nolivade all species.

After graduating from Alfort VETERINARY school, I pursued a career in the livestock industry.

I am convinced that in order to effectively manage the complexity of the livestock issues, we must have a clear understanding of the mechanisms at work. Working with flora means first of all determining what types of interrelationships exist between bacteria (both good and bad, what we call microbiota) and the animal. It also involves focusing on several species and types of production. We are working in a field of discovery that requires both a scientific approach in terms of the biology of the bacteria, and a very practical approach on the ground in order to suggest and validate protocol.
